Fitting Instructions For DreamWear Nasal CPAP Mask With FitPack

1. Hold the sizing gauge horizontally under the nose and select the cushion size based on where the outer edge of the nostrils and tip of the nose contact the gauge
2. The cushion opening will be directly under the nostrils. The cushion will hug the nose and leak will be minimal (At no time should the nose be inside the cushion opening. If any part of the cushion overlaps the nose, the cushion is being worn incorrectly)
3. With the mask assembled, place the cushion under the nose
4. Position the frame on the top of the head
5. Pull the headgear over the back of the head
6. To adjust the mask, peel the headgear tabs away from the fabric. Adjust the straps length. Press the tabs back against the fabric to reattach(Note: Do not over tighten the headgear)
7. Position the mask until it fits comfortably. When finished, the elbow should rest at the top of the head
8. Mask frame sizing
9. The medium (MED) mask frame will comfortably fit most faces

How to Deteremine Size of Dreamwear CPAP Mask?

1. Print out this Adobe PDF File at 100% on your printer. Use the print accuracy check at right to ensure printing at the proper size
2. Fold the bottom part of this page on the dashed line
3. Cut along the dotted line around the fitting gauge
4. Place the fitting gauge on your nose
5. Determine the appropriate size by which area your nose reaches (S - Small, M - Medium or L - Large)

DreamWear Nasal CPAP Mask Cleaning Tips

• The parts of the mask excluding headgear should be hand washed daily using warm water and a mild soap.
• Rinse the parts completely and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight. The headgear should be hand washed weekly in the same manner

How to Assemble and Disassemble DreamWear Nasal CPAP Mask?

Assembly

1. Press the mask elbow into the frame until it is completely enclosed in the frame connection
2. To connect the cushion, line up the arrow on the front with the arrow on the frame and push the two together until they are clicked into place, then repeat for the opposite side. Ensure the arrow on the cushion matches the arrow on the frame, as the cushion will not function as intended if not properly connected to the frame
3. The headgear should be looped through the slots in the frame and fastened to desired tightness. The headgear should be attached so that both the Philips Respironics and DreamWear logos face outward

Disassembly

1. The cushion can be removed by pulling the ends away from the frame
2. Similarly, the mask elbow can be removed by simply pulling it out of the frame
3. The headgear is removed by releasing the hook and loop fasteners and then removing it from the headgear slots of the frame
4. If the frame wraps are installed, they can be removed by releasing the hook and loop fasteners
